Crystal healing
How does it work?

Crystal healing can be a very gentle but powerful therapy, which can be used to improve energy and health at all levels. I can work on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. The energy of the stones can be very strong for some people and they might feel sometimes a little uncomfortable. Therefore the therapist must be well-trained and experienced, and sensitive to the reaction of the client at all times. Direct crystal healing is often done in a therapy room if you choose to approach some studio or shop. I prefer to perform the healing in the comfort of my home where clients are likely to be most relaxed and able to remain quietly for some time after the therapy has finished, or I can visit them at their home if preferred. However, if I have to travel, it’s unlikely that I’ll be able to take all my stones with me! |

The client is usually lying down for the treatment, but for some healing it is possible to manage when sitting on a chair.

| I work very intuitively during crystal healing and treat every client individually. Crystal healing is never most effective in a single session, due to its gentle nature. People who try just once often feel disappointed that an instant result is not obtained. Crystal healing is very effective when used as a prevention too and great for relaxing and resting in tiring times. And how often each of us has these times! So please I would like to encourage you to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with and give the healing a fair chance over a few sessions and then see how you really feel. |  |
| For crystal healing allow at least 30 min. That is absolute minimum. Often I encourage a full 60 min. Try mentally and physically to be as calm as possible prior to and during the healing. |
| Crystal healing can be done at a distance too. I will ask you to provide me with your date of birth and the full name and I find it best to arrange a time when I can be totally focused on the healing and the client can sit or lie down at the same time and focus on the receiving the energy without being interrupted. Again I’ll ask to allow around 60 min. for the session. |  |
How much does it cost?
| I charge £ 30 for a 30 min. session for crystal healing and £ 45 for 60 min. The same charges apply to treatment at a distance. Prior to starting the distance crystal healing, I will require a full payment in advance. |
